Absolutely everything! We arrived before the check in time, no problems whatsoever to do the check in, the people working at the front desk were super nice, the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, the staff working the breakfast stations were super on top of everything filling all the food, drinks and cutlery as soon or before it ran out. The breakfast station also had good options. The location is great also, super close to everything and felt very safe. Overall, the hotel is very well managed and my husband and I left very pleased and would for sure stay there if we’re back in Panama Beach.

Booked this hotel as a last minute trip to PCB for one night, it was perfect for a family of 4… 2 adults, one preschooler, and one infant. It was very conveniently located and had a very relaxed, quiet environment. Front staff was very kind and even let us check in an hour early. Walking to the beach from this location is not practical and you’ll need to find a public beach access to park at in order to go to the beach. This wasn’t an issue as I was aware upon booking. Would definitely have this hotel as my number one option when not staying directly on the beach.

Location was good. Close to beaches and food places. About 15 minutes from Pier Park. Could have used heavier blankets on beds. No biggie though. You can always get an extra one from downstairs. Room was super clean. The beds were not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on but they were ok. The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptional. I only eat the waffle for breakfast so I couldn’t tell you how the other cooked stuff was, but they did have a variety. Muffins, cereal, yogurt, eggs and bacon one day….sausage gravy and biscuits the next. Would have like to have seen something else to drink beside juices and coffee.

I liked the pool being shaded and the beds were very comfortable. The location was pretty decent as well.when I booked I ended up getting a accessible king room but not needing it bc we aren’t handicapped but it was gonna cost too much for our budget since the upgrade wasn’t working on booking. When we got to our room we had been given a king suite which was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. It made the stay really well and we will be back again for sure as well as tell family about this stay.

The beds/pillows was very comfortable. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent it had 2 hot things served daily one day it was sausage gravy and biscuits the next day scrambled eggs and sausage. They also had a waffle maker, bread, bagels, muffins, cereals, make your own grits/oatmeal etc. I had a king suit it had plenty of room for me/ my 2 boys and probably 1 or 2 more people to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed 5nights and didn't have any issues.

The staff was really nice and the location was good. You could find a lot of stuff by walking and the hotel has its own parking lot.
